  • Thank you Auntie Melinda for being a part of my life. I feel so lucky to have known you and to have seen the love and kindness you brought to your family and everyone around you.

To me, you lived a truly beautiful and successful life. You were a wonderful mom, a loving wife, and such a caring person to all of us. You touched so many lives in such a positive way, including mine.

I’m so grateful that you were part of my life. I will always remember you with love and miss you very much.

  • I was thinking of what people said at the Saturday service-- you mom was full of compassion and adventure. In 2024, she and your dad took the Metrolink from Laguna Niguel to downtown LA (their first time ever!) to join a protest against Israel's invasion of Gaza. At first it surprised me and Manu, but quickly it didn't-- she cared about people so much on both an individual and global level. I see her memorialized in her concern for others and in the relationships she cultivated, including that special bond with my parents. I hope you and your family find peace in your grief. With love~

Through Amanda, I've known Melinda for about 20 years now. She was always so kind and welcoming to me. I'll never forget her and Daniel's generosity in housing me for a month while Amanda and I were inbetween apartments! She'll be remembered for her lively spirit, infectious laugh, and her kind and warm nature. You'll be greatly missed, Mrs. Wong ❤️🙏

Amanda Wong

Love you forever mom. ❤️
