Celebrating the Life of James A. Crumley, Sr.
July 5, 1946 - January 22, 2026
Jim had a remarkable gift for bringing joy into the world. He never met a joke he didn't want to tell - or retell. He loved a good party, especially if he could be the one keeping everyone laughing.
He shared a beautiful life with his wife, Eileen, whom he met in high school and married on September 11, 1965. They were partners in every adventure, and we take comfort in knowing they're together again, probably having a tropical drink and watching a beautiful sunset along with their best friends, Barbara and Ken.
He is survived by his daughter Barb, his son Jim, daughter-in-law Heather, and his grandchildren Isabel and Sean and his wife, Hanna. His great-grandchildren, Sean and Wesley, will grow up hearing stories about the man who could make anyone laugh and who lived life with joy, humor, and a chocolate chip cookie in hand.

We invite family and friends to join us as we share stories, laughter, memories (along with great food and drinks) - exactly the way he would have wanted.Celebrating the Life of James A. I was fortunate enough to be Jim and Eileen's dentist for the better part of the last 30 years. He was always the brightest spot in our daily schedule and came ready with a few jokes that we would remember and retell for the rest of the month. His voice was so classical that we invited him to one of our Holiday parties to recite 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. Our whole office shares the family's loss as losing this pair was felt deeply as well.
